Where can I find the funky looking posable multi arm/bulb lamp used in Design On A Dime Ep. 1310 (15 Sept 09)? - ep budgeting serials

This bulb is used in the "sports theme room" in the design of the episode of 1310 A, which re-ran the 15 Dime 09th September. You can see here:
